HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?

The deposit for a wedding is $2,500. It is due when you sign your contract and must be paid to secure your date! If your total rental is less than or equal to $2,500, then the entire amount is due at the contract signing.

CAN MY DEPOSIT BE BROKEN INTO SEVERAL PAYMENTS?

Yes! We always try to work with you to create a plan that fits your needs. Please let us know your needs and we will try to accommodate them as best we can.

WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?

The remainder of your balance is due 30 days before your event date.

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

We highly encourage our couples to pay by bank transfer (debit card). However, you can request to pay by credit card for an additional 3.5% fee.

ARE WE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE EVENT INSURANCE?

Yes! You can follow the link here to purchase your insurance. Make sure to email us your proof of insurance before your event and if you send us your estimate, we'll even reimburse you!

DO I HAVE TO USE A VENDOR OFF OF YOUR VENDOR LIST?

No, but we would highly recommend it! They are all vendors we have worked with before and have been incredibly impressed with. But if you would like to book an outside vendor, you must send their information to us for approval before booking with them.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ALCOHOL?

We do allow you to provide your own alcohol (beer and wine) for your event! However, we don't allow any hard liquor at this venue. Therefore, you are not required to purchase any type of permit but you must hire a bartender for your event! You can either hire a bartender through your caterer or through AmeriStar Staffing.

WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT? WHAT HAPPENS IF MY NUMBERS GO UP?

Our packages include a guest count up to 120 - however, our maximum guest count is 146. If your guest count is between 120-146, there is an additional $250 fee due to the need for more parking. If your guest count has gone above 146, please let us know as soon as possible as it could affect your seating and decor.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY WEDDING REHEARSAL?

You can book your rehearsal time 60 days out from your event. Because we do host weddings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, your preferred rehearsal time may not always be available. However, we always do our best to accommodate you. 

IS THERE A WAY TO GUARANTEE MY PREFERRED REHEARSAL DATE AND TIME?

If there is no wedding booked the day prior to your event, you may book the venue for a rehearsal dinner! This guarantees the venue will be available for your rehearsal at your preferred date/time.
